Behind the mask!

I have always struggled with sleeping through the night and the issue became an obsession.

Having shopped numerous sleep masks and sleep aids, during my research I found most people do not really know much about sleep in terms of best practices, relying on their luxury mattresses, high thread count sheets, and over engineered apps, to deliver them that elusive sense of restfulness.

Simply put, people sleep better when their senses are protected from the intrusive elements of light AND sound.

Many of us wake up on our front, often the result of burrowing under our pillows in search of a dark quiet corner before the alarm rings again, but sleeping on one’s back is crucial for enabling and enhancing nasal breathing which is the very foundation of healthy sleeping.

EyeMufzzz helps the head stay in a neutral position, to avoid twisting and straining the neck that causes injury over time, while also improving air flow and increasing quality of sleep.

Over many years and numerous prototypes, I have developed a simple yet effective tool for improving the quality and quantity of sleep, I call it EyeMufzzz! Sleep Soundly!
